Back Bay Brewing Co. recognizes the importance of giving back to the communities that have supported us and helped us grow.

We are continuously invested in supporting local non-profits and community organizations with a focus on sustainability, arts and culture, community development, water conservation and preservation and environmental causes.

Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we cannot honor every request—however, we will review every submission and will try to fulfill all eligible requests.

Have a Fundraiser at Back Bay Brewing Co.

All fundraiser event requests must be made via our online form. If you are interested in having Back Bay Brewing Co. host your next fundraiser event, please review the requirements to ensure your event is eligible for a donation. If it is, complete the form below for consideration.

Requirements for Consideration

  • Your organization or event must be located in Virginia.
  • You must provide a 501 (c) 3 tax identification number in the form below.
  • All requests must be made at least 45 days prior to your event. Any events made after that time will be declined.
  • Your donation request must be made by a representative of the event organization or the benefiting charity.
  • Events must take place in the Blind (located upstairs) at Back Bay Brewing Co. in Virginia Beach, Va.

Back Bay Brewing’s Cheers for Charity program respectfully declines to support the following submissions:

  • Requests intended for personal or corporate profit
  • Personal events such as weddings or birthday parties
  • Sports teams/bands or musicians
  • PTA groups, school events and events involving children

NOTE: If your event will be serving beer/alcohol, all people present must be 21 years or older.
